For all customized orders cancellations are accepted through email at least 2 weeks before your pick up date for a full refund.

 

If you decide to cancel within 2 weeks of your pick up date the refund will be 50% of your payment.

 

If I am unable to fulfill your order, I will notify you as soon as possible and refund your full payment within 24 hours.

There are no refunds for flash sale or rapid pick up items. Rapid pick up items refer to treats with a turn around time of 24-48 hours such as drop cookies, holiday pre-sales, cookie dipper cups, ect. If you are unsure if your items fall into this category please ask upon ordering!
